This program is designed to challenge you in the gym. It is designed to challenge your muscular endurance, conditioning, strength, power, and all the above. This program will be high intensity and you will sweat A TON. It will involve strength, circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, racks, etc. This program is designed for people who like to work hard and get their heart rate up. For the circuits I highly recommend finding an area in the gym and grabbing all your necessary equipment so you aren't running back and forth the whole time. There are two rest days and you can place those rest days wherever you prefer throughout your week as long as you hit all the necessary exercises.
