About the program

This program is designed to challenge you in the gym. It is designed to challenge your muscular endurance, conditioning, strength, power, and all the above. This program will be high intensity and you will sweat A TON. It will involve strength, circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, racks, etc. This program is designed for people who like to work hard and get their heart rate up. For the circuits I highly recommend finding an area in the gym and grabbing all your necessary equipment so you aren't running back and forth the whole time. There are two rest days and you can place those rest days wherever you prefer throughout your week as long as you hit all the necessary exercises.

    My name is Matthew Lawrence and I have been training for 16 years. I have played every sport you can imagine and I’ve always been passionate about longevity. Ive mastered the ability to remain athletic, mobile, and build muscle with a great physique along the way. I have more experience than most people and more knowledge than most with my doctorate degree in physical therapy. My knowledge of the human body puts me in a great position to educate and provide fitness content for people looking to transform their physique and their life.

    What do I need to participate?
    * You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced * Beginners should start with my beginner program or Full Body Shredz volume 1
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 5 times per week * 2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active.
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Stay Hydrated * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
