About the program

Allow me to introduce you to a meticulously designed program, strategically centered around glute development, while also addressing the enhancement of other muscle groups with a pronounced emphasis on the glute region. This program is expressly tailored to expedite unprecedented growth in this area, delivering rapid and discernible results. Adhering to the prescribed regimen with precision is paramount to reaping its full benefits. Structured as a 5-day per week initiative with 2 dedicated rest days, this program spans an 8-week mesocycle, culminating in a deliberate deload week. Following this, subsequent mesocycles will introduce refreshing variations, ensuring a dynamic and engaging fitness experience. It is distinctly engineered to seamlessly transition into future mesocycles, thereby sustaining and amplifying progress. Delving into the science, the program is underpinned by a nuanced understanding of gluteal hypertrophy. There exists a critical threshold of stimulus, measured in sets per week, to instigate optimal muscle growth. Striking the delicate balance is pivotal, as exceeding this threshold can lead to diminishing returns, characterized as 'junk volume' or overtraining, ultimately impeding progress. For the glutes, the prescribed upper limit is 16 sets weekly. To orchestrate a gradual and sustained progression, we initiate at 10 sets and increment by 2 sets every couple weeks, ensuring a consistent state of overload and, consequently, steady advancement. This principle, while applicable to all muscle groups, is judiciously applied with singular focus on the development of the gluteal muscles. This program is meant to be done before volume 2. Volume 2 is a natural progression to volume 1.

    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 5 times per week * 1-2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Do HIIT cardio/ab workouts, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Take before and after pictures to measure progress * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Follow the program exactly and track all your lifts
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
