Structured as a 5-day per week initiative with 2 dedicated rest days, this program spans an 8-week mesocycle, culminating in a deliberate deload week. Following this, subsequent mesocycles will introduce refreshing variations, ensuring a dynamic and engaging fitness experience. It is distinctly engineered to seamlessly transition into future mesocycles, thereby sustaining and amplifying progress.
Delving into the science, the program is underpinned by a nuanced understanding of gluteal hypertrophy. There exists a critical threshold of stimulus, measured in sets per week, to instigate optimal muscle growth.
