What’s the main goal for your workouts? Hybrid training with aesthetics as a byproduct! I want to not only look good, but be able to use what I have. I see my body as a weapon. I want mobility, strength, and functionality.
Does the workouts require any equipment? Depends! If bodyweight or calisthenics then no, or a minimal amount. I love lifting though so those works will require weights!
What type of workouts are you sharing? Lifting, circuits, challenges, endurance, athletic, pushing myself to the limit... you name it.
