Fitness that Feels Like YOU

I’ve always loved to move whether it's dance, soccer, snowboarding, hiking or paddle boarding! Since 2016 I’ve found my home with Muay Thai, strength training and pilates. With a handful of years working in different industries I come to the table knowing how a body can feel at the end of a long day. Many of my years were spent frustrated and unhappy with my health — never feeling strong, or that I could actually lose weight or excel physically. When I changed my mindset I was able to break through barriers I had unknowingly set for myself. I began to evaluate how I felt rather than looked. I took a hard look at my diet which was key to my success (and I know it will be for you too)! I believe that with a strong community of enthusiastic peers workouts become a celebration of what we can do, instead of a chore.
