By regularly doing these kettlebell workouts, you will develop the major muscles of your hips, core, shoulders, and neck. Performing these exercises will also strengthen the posterior chain of your body (Back of your body), increase grip strength & balance. These routines are get for people who have been wanting to work with Kettlebells but not sure what to do and how! Give these routines a try, if you are having trouble with any of the movements please read the instructions for each workout. Please contact if you need more assistance.
