4 Wk Back On Track

This Program is a 4-week program that was designed to get you back into a routine or start a routine if you do not have one. For this program you will need is your Bodyweight, Dumbbells, a Bench, A resistance band & and access to Treadmill. (If available) This routine can be done at home or the gym. Each week there will be an advancement to your routine weather it be more reps, more workouts, let’s resting time etc. The goals is to challenge yourself mentally and physically to complete the full 4 weeks without missing a day! This program includes the following: ✅: Video workouts with important detailed instructions for each workout routine. ✅: Intro videos for every exercise to give you a briefing on what you are doing for that day. ✅: A Core & Cardio Routine That will be advanced weekly. ( Starts week 2 ). ✅: Alternative Modified Workouts for those that may need it. (For select workouts) Once completed share your reviews and results.
