▫️Recover from our workouts: this program is designed for strengthening muscle. For best results, let your body recover and trust the process.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Best for beginners but all skill levels can do these workouts!
How many times a week should I train glutes for best results? This program is developed to be able to workout your glutes consecutively through out the week. You can choose any 3 days to rest or work on upper body. You can find core and upper body exercises within my app! If you still have energy on top of the instructed workouts, you can add workouts from other sections such as “weekly workouts”.
What do I need to participate in this program? All the workouts can be done at home with just your body weight! But if you prefer equipment, you can use resistance bands, dumbbells and ankle weights.
