Welcome to the Intro Athlete Training Program where your foundation begins.
This program is designed for athletes and anyone who wants to train like one. Whether you compete or just want to move, look, and perform like an athlete, this program sets the stage. We’ll build your foundation across every key area: strength, speed, agility, mobility, and prehab.
You’ll train 4 days per week, with each session combining movement and strength work for complete athletic development. Always perform your speed and movement training before lifting, to maximize power and performance.
If your schedule doesn’t allow for two sessions in one day, that’s perfectly fine adjust as needed, break up sessions, and move pieces around your week. What matters most is staying consistent and getting the work done.
