Welcome to the 4-Week Advanced Athlete Program time to level up.
You’ve built a solid foundation through the Intro Program. Now it’s time to take that base and turn it into elite performance more dynamic movement, more power, and more competitive energy. This program is designed to help you translate strength into explosiveness, precision, and control on the field, court, or track.
You’ll train 4 days per week, with sessions built to challenge your coordination, reaction speed, and mental focus. Each workout blends strength, power, and advanced movement work to sharpen your ability to move faster, think quicker.
Continue to perform your speed and power work before lifting, and always listen to your body train with intent, but train smart. Adjust the schedule as needed, just stay consistent and complete every session with purpose.
This 4-week block is where athletes separate themselves where all that foundation work turns into performance. Stay disciplined. Stay sharp. Bring the energy every time you train.
