I am so happy you are here! I want to let you know a little bit about myself and how fitness changed my life, it made me strong both physically & mentally. I have struggled for as long as I can remember with my body image. I always felt bad about myself when I looked in the mirror, I would obsess with silly Pinterest workouts to “get a thigh gap” & I would restrict myself of food so that I could “be thin”. I struggled with this type of thinking for the larger portion of my life. When I was 19 I decided to change that. I wanted to improve my relationship with health and exercise so I started going to the gym. Best decision I ever made for myself. The gym changed my life and my relationship with myself.
