About the program

Long gone are the days of trying to figure out what exercises you need for your sport and what aspects need to be worked on in the weight room: CGP is here to take the guesswork away. This program is designed to prepare every grappler to the demands of his sport by building a foundation of strength, speed and agility that will allow them to dominate on the mats. With over +100 exercise library, the program is here to make training structured but also leave room for customization. The program has 3-4 sessions a week that are no longer than 60 minutes that include:

The content gets updated whenever there’s a change you will be notified! Plus, if you need help, the coach is always here for you. I'm a beginner, is CGP for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Comprehensive Grappling Preperation can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need access to a gym?
It is recommended to have at least a gym set up with a pull up bar and barbells.
What if I have questions during the program?
No need to worry! There's a direct message feature that allows you to ask for feedback from the coach and make adjustments on the go.
What is the program consisted of?
CGP consists of 4 training days, 3 full body days & 1 mobility & conditioning day that is optional.
