Solid workout! If I’m doing Lower/Upper body splits though— still seems like some lower body/legs today. Love to hear you speak about that in a HIIT program. Thanks!

Enjoyed this workout. Beginner friendly, you just need to adjust the weight until you feel comfortable pulling those weights and believe me, you will be able to complete every set.
