By popular request, here is the exact training program I used to sculpt Alicia Vikander for her role as Lara Croft in Tomb Raider. The program follows a 3 day split. 3 workouts + rest day. Beginners can do that split 1x per week and advanced can do 2x per week for 4 weeks. The cardio section gets harder every week as you advance. I hope you love this program.
