Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
- This is a unisex program for all levels. Beginners can use less body weight, rubber-bands, etc for support. - Advanced can increase the set and rep count while reducing the rest between sets
How to schedule the program into a week?
- You will have to train 6 times a week and rest 1 day
