Welcome to my 5 Minute Meditation Challenge. The goal of this challenge is to encourage 5 minutes of daily mindfulness for 2 weeks straight. Each day of the challenge a new video will be released. We will build on simple but effective meditation techniques. The first video will go live Dec 19th 12am PST and a new video will be released each following day at 12am PST for two weeks ending Jan 1st. The goal of this challenge is to expose you to a few different meditation techniques, decrease stress, improve presence and improve neuroplasticity. You don't need any equipment for this challenge. All you need is your body and an open mind. I highly recommend that you take time to notice how you feel after each meditation and throughout your day especially as the challenge progresses.
