Can I do this in any trimester? You certainly can! I always preach that you should listen to your body and if you feel the need to consult with your physician then do so, but these are all 3 trimester friendly exercises!
Again, if you have a particular ache or pain one day (which tends to happen in pregnancy), then by all means modify further according to your needs!

You bet! You can get creative, use your couch, a table chair, a park bench, an outlook point at the beach, stairs, whatever you need to to get the workout done in a place that is accessible to you!!
Ideally venture outdoors for a couple of workouts a week if your schedule & the weather permits!
