Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do this in any trimester?
You certainly can! I always preach that you should listen to your body and if you feel the need to consult with your physician then do so, but these are all 3 trimester friendly exercises! Again, if you have a particular ache or pain one day (which tends to happen in pregnancy), then by all means modify further according to your needs! Let’s get after our health!
Can I do this anywhere?
You bet! You can get creative, use your couch, a table chair, a park bench, an outlook point at the beach, stairs, whatever you need to to get the workout done in a place that is accessible to you!! Ideally venture outdoors for a couple of workouts a week if your schedule & the weather permits!
Are you a doctor?
No! I am not a doctor or a pelvic floor physio therapist or OBGYN. I have certifications in prenatal/postnatal fitness, core rehabilitation, breath work & mobility work. I also have my experience backing me as I am a mom of two and have gone through my pregnancies injury free!
