Welcome to my channel! I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Mackenzie and I am a boy mom and movement fanatic. I absolutely love fitness for its preventative benefits, it’s mind clearing abilities & it’s power to create confidence that can create a long lasting positive domino effect in your life! I have a heart for teaching moms proper form in exercise, guiding them through intentionally programmed courses with specific goals in mind, as well as providing a space and community where movement doesn’t feel forced, stressful or like more “work”. I want to share all that I know with you in order for you to reap the benefits through fitness that I, and so many more, have experienced!
Whether you choose to start your fitness journey with me as a previous athlete, someone who has never performed guided exercise before, or if you’re somewhere in between…I have programs that will benefit you mentally emotionally and physically! With every course I will provide detailed instruction & education with proper form on all movements so as to prevent injury & produce long lasting results. Let’s rock and roll!
Training Requirements
Depending on the course you choose to partake in, certain equipment will be needed. The equipment needed in my programs that do not require a gym will typically be: - dumbbells or kettlebells - bands For my gym program, it will require all equipment that is typically provided at any gym.
