This is my first beginner program, called "Start Here," as it should be your first stop if you are new to the gym!  Here, you will build the foundation for lifting weights. As well as find out what you enjoy doing for movement. Each week, you will have 3 lifts, as well as an invitation to "try something new" to find a way to move your body that lights you up!
