[ Live ] will provide workouts that complement the current programs AND function well as solo routines.
Some examples of workouts you might see posted are Kettlebell, Bodyweight, Squat, Handstand, Mobility and other progressions separated into different categories (Tier 1, 2, etc.) based on difficulty.
Stay tuned, these will be critical to the training platform as a whole.
