I started my fitness career through playing basketball my entire life. When I “retired” in 2020, I really started getting into bodybuilding. I started sharing what I have learned and my progress on social media. As I continue to learn more and more I will continue to share more and more! Can I take a rest day?
Yes, if you need to take a rest day take it! I have designed my daily workouts for myself and have found that I do not need to take a rest day, nor do I want to.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
A gym is ideal.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
The goal is to be able to help you accomplish any goal you have, whether that is to gain weight or lose weight. To be able to achieve your goal, these workouts will help but it’s about the amount of calories you intake. Message me to find your calories/macros you need for your goal!
