I started my fitness career through playing basketball my entire life. When I “retired” in 2020, I really started getting into bodybuilding. I started sharing what I have learned and my progress on social media. As I continue to learn more and more I will continue to share more and more! I want to help people reach their goals and help people gain confidence through fitness! My lifting style similar to my fitness idols, Christopher Bumstead and Julian Smith.

Training Requirements

Ideally a gym is required, but if you have a couple weights and what not, you should be able to successfully complete a workout.

Accomplishments

I played college basketball 2019-2020. Started bodybuilding in mid 2020.
