Do I need a gym membership?
For most programs you just need your body and some room to move. However, for specific programs you may need a mat, dumbbells and parallettes. As for the hypertrophy programs, you will want access to the gym, you can always modify for at home workouts but it will make things a lot easier if you jump on a gym membership for that one.
I'm a beginner, can I still join?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
