What are the goals of The Reset Project

What do I need to participate?
Not much really, everything is provided digitally. The workouts are suitable for beginners and to be completed at home however from week 3 we will use resistance bands and dumbbells in some instances. You can substitute the dumbbells for household items or completely omit them.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The workouts are designed for all levels... everyone's welcome!
What’s the schedule?
Each week has a theme which we will build on throughout the project and will include: 3x Mini tasks with an accompanying short tutorial video 3x Follow along workouts 1x Reset and review day where you will follow prompts to reflect on the week and prepare for the upcoming week. Open at all times will be a community forum area where you can share your progress/tasks, chat to other participants and see how they are going.
Do I have to upload progress photos?
Absolutely not! If you want to there is a progress tracking area in which you can upload progress photos for your personal record but no one else can see these. This program is to guide us through a holistic take on the January challenges and physical transformation is not the primary goal of the reset project.
Is this a competition/challenge?
No, the aim of the 5 weeks is to build new consistent habits, connect with likeminded others, and get the ball rolling for 2026. As this project is driven by community, the following will be super helpful: Submit a goal during sign up. Check in & engage frequently in my community - we want to see your progress! Complete the weekly prompted tasks and actively update the community on your progress Leave reviews on the workouts as you complete them Tag me on social media if you use it [@lucy.lismore.fitness) Leave a testimonial at the end!
