"I was always very self conscious about my flat butt.” Although I have been working out for many years, I had to work EXTRA hard to build my glutes due to genetics. There is a huge community of women and men that want to build their glutes but have a lot of difficulty trying to build them. I have experimented with so many exercises and techniques and I have finally figured out routines that WORK💯 I want to share my experience and what I did to build my glutes!
Goals
I hope to provide you with workouts that you will absolutely love and that will push you to your limits. They are effective and will make you get a good sweat. My page will be focused on building your glutes! There will also be upper body workouts, HIIT and so much more! These workouts can be used by absolutely anyone who has trouble building their glutes!
Training Requirements
I offer both at home and gym workouts! At the gym, I use most equipment and machines that most gyms have. If you are doing the at home workouts, you will need dumbbells OR booty bands and long bands!
