Full body workout, Goal is to finish as fast as you can with great form and don’t move on to the next exercise until you complete all the reps.

Pull-ups (bodyweight)

Hex Bar Squats

By using dumbbells it allows a greater stretch on your pecs.

Deficit Pushups

24- in Box Jumps

Keep arms extended holding the weight above your chest, bring legs up and alternating from left to right.

Windshield Wipers

Be sure to focus on hips and glutes on this movement, not your arms and shoulders

Heavy Banded Kettlebell Swings

Brace your core, keep arm close to body. 50 Reps each Arm

Single Arm DB Neutral Grip Shoulder Press

Total Body Summer Shred

Feet shoulder width apart, toes pointed out, brace your core.

Barbell Squats

Use towels if you can for this, if not do pull-ups with the bar.  Towels will
Help improve grip strength and forearms.

Towel Pull-ups

Take a knee, grip kettlebell from the sides and bring up from the to the alternate side focusing on your torso/core to control the movement. 20 reps each side.

Kettlebell Torso Woodchop

Keep the movement slow and controlled. Good stretch at the bottom of the movement and squeeze your chest at the top without dumbbells touching.

Incline Dumbbell Press

Curl the dumbbell then directly go into a shoulder press. That equals one rep. 15  reps each arm.
