This program blends bodybuilding & functional training with an athletic twist. Think building muscle mass while also making those muscles quicker, more powerful, & more resilient. Hypertrophy, plyometrics, sprint training, balance work, power production, mobility work, & more. This program is 8 weeks long & consists of a 5 day training schedule: 2 lower body days split by movement pattern, 2 upper body days split by movement pattern, & one “full body” day focused on plyometrics, sprint training, agility, & power production.
