This program directs you to complete a daily workout, with rest days included within each week. When choosing a load (aka, the weight) this is players choice. Frequently asked questions

What are the goals of the program?
To teach you to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. To burn body fat and build lean muscle. You’ll improve overall functional performance, strength and muscle endurance.
How to schedule the program into a week?
You’ll need to allow 45-60 minutes to complete each workout. Each day of the week provides a workout to follow, unless it’s an active rest day or true rest day. Definitions: Active Rest Day; a non-gym routine, instead, any form of activity is encouraged. Examples being; a brisk neighborhood walk, a hike, or taking a yoga class. Rest Day; rest the body completely. No physical activity. Allow the body to recovery.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts have been designed and compiled for those that consider themselves intermediate-advanced, OR who know their way around a weight room and feel comfortable using gym equipment. Note: You can choose to do a workout from the #GlowUpChallenge should you want to switch up your training and do something body-weight instead of weight training.
What do I need to participate in this program?

Having an unwavering commitment to making time for each workout, and showing up to give 100% effort each time!
How do I enter to win the 21 Day Challenge?
1. Buy the Annual Subscription to my Playbook App 2. Choose between the GYM JUNKIE -or- GLOW UP Challenge. You can choose workouts between both programs. 2. Take a BEFORE picture of yourself, full body. One facing forward with your hands by your sides, and another showing your profile with your arms extended in front of you. You’ll need to do the same after completing the challenge, I’ll need your AFTER picture too. 3. Engage with me via my Playbook app, message me and let me know how you’re doing. Ask questions, share feedback, I want to hear it all! 4. TAG @followthelita on social media, I want to see all posts relating to your workouts, and use hashtag #21DaysWithLita. I’d love to repost and respond back! 4. We’ll need to verify your annual subscription to be eligible for prizes and; 5. Lastly, message me and let me know you’ll be joining the challenge, so I know who’s playing! 😜
When does the 21 Day Challenge begin?
You can start the challenge whenever you’d like! However, to be eligible to win the prizes we have for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place we officially kick-off this challenge on Monday, Feb 10th 2020. However, you have until Monday, Feb 17th to begin.
When will winners be chosen?
Winners will be announced on my Instagram account, @followthelita in mid-March, 2020
