Let’s be quarantine machines! High intensity interval training (HIIT) in the comfort of our own homes is the answer. This workout is designed to pull the very best of you to the forefront. You’ll be in full motion for several minutes at a time to complete one set. Depending on your own personal fitness level you’ll choose how many sets you want to complete for a hearty workout. Rest only 90-120 seconds in between each set. It’s time you show your family just how tough you really are, let’s go!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
