About Lindsay Bennie

Certified Personal Trainer + Nutrition Coach

All my life I have been overweight. I had periods where I would lose weight but I'd always regain it. My mindset around food, nutrition, exercising, and weight loss was skewed based on false information I had gathered my whole life. In June 2022, I decided I wanted to look on the outside how I felt in the inside and take my health & fitness seriously. I educated myself on nutrition and proper form and I stayed consistent. Now, I have a passion for fitness and feel confident in my body and I love helping others feel the same.

I'm a beginner, is this for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means youโ€™ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! I have beginner (dumbbell only) workouts and gym required workouts. I also plan to incorporate all Bodyweight workouts where equipment is not required (stay tuned).
