My name is Lexi and I am a certified hormone health & nutrition coach. My passion for coaching sparked from my own health issues with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). I struggled with a 30lb weight gain, cystic acne, moon face, inflammation, fatigue & brain fog. My confidence was at an all time low and I was trying everything I could to reverse my symptoms. I spent thousands of dollars on programs and supplements that ended up being extremely restrictive and not sustainable. Once I decided enough was enough, I took matters into my own hands and I’m so glad I did. I was able to reverse all of my symptoms and gain my confidence back through nutrition and overall lifestyle changes. I didn’t do this by cutting carbs and over exercising, but by nourishing my body with the right foods and finding movement that felt good and kept me energized. I want women struggling with hormone issues or even just the symptoms I listed above to understand that their health journey does not need to be restrictive and stressful. It should be a fun journey where you get to learn more and more about your body each and every day.
