Welcome to The Petite You Project. This 6-week program supports fat loss (~30–40 lbs goal range) while building a strong, lean, feminine physique. Training is 45–60 minutes with a balanced weekly split and mobility/recovery. Cardio includes incline walking and stairs (115–135 bpm), with no running for now. Nutrition follows a simple 90/10 approach for balance and sustainability. The focus is consistency, structure, and results.

Welcome to Your Transformation: The Petite You Project. Michelle, your 6-week program is designed to support you in your journey of losing approximately 30 to 40 lbs, while building a strong, lean, feminine physique without excess bulk. This is your time to show up for yourself in a consistent and grounded way, even on the days life feels full or challenging.T ake a moment each day to visualize the version of yourself you are working toward. Training is a commitment to your health, energy, and future self. It is a privilege and a non-negotiable part of your routine. Do this for yourself and your child, and I am here to support you in staying consistent throughout this process. This plan is aligned with your chiropractor’s recommendations. Therefore, it does not include lumbar flexion movements (such as child’s pose and standing forward folds) or loaded spinal hinge movements (including deadlifts—Romanian or variations—and bent-over rows) while your back hea Each session is 45–60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down, making it realistic and sustainable. Weekly Split: Day 1: Glutes & Hamstrings Day 2: Back, Shoulders & Abs Day 3: Glute Medius & Quads Day 4: Chest, Biceps & Triceps Day 5: Mobility & Active Recover Bonus: Abdominal circuit Recommended Cardio: Incline walking + brisk walking — priority for fat loss and endurance StairMaster — for lower body shaping and glute activation (For all cardio: aim to stay in your fat-loss zone, approximately 115–135 bpm.) Avoid running for now while your back heals. Nutrition (90/10 Rule): 90% whole, nutrient-dense foods 10% flexibility without guilt The goal is a sustainable lifestyle, not restriction.     Born from a decade long healing journey and a lifetime of personal growth, Levitate was created by Valérie Montpetit, a mother, energy healer, certified yoga teacher, and former personal trainer. Now in her mid thirties and currently studying advanced calisthenics, she brings together years of experience to guide others through meaningful and lasting change. After navigating her own path through physical recovery, emotional resilience, and spiritual expansion, Valérie recognized what was often missing in traditional fitness spaces, a true connection to the self.
