Nous allons progresser semaine après semaine en augmentant graduellement l’intensité et la durée de tes courses et entraînements. À partir des semaines 2 à 3, nous intégrerons des exercices d’haltères pour le bas du corps de façon stratégique et progressive.

About the program

Chère Jessica, Ton programme personnalisé de 8 semaines, Runner’s High, a été spécialement conçu pour t’aider à atteindre tes objectifs : améliorer ta force, ta mobilité et te préparer pour un demi-marathon à l’automne. Nous allons travailler ensemble semaine après semaine afin d’augmenter progressivement l’intensité et la durée de tes courses et de tes entraînements. À partir des semaines 2 à 3, nous intégrerons des exercices d’haltères pour le bas du corps, de façon stratégique et progressive. Je recommande également des séances de chiropractie avec Pierre Brunet, d’ostéopathie avec Claire Henry, ainsi que des soins avec Gina Srey, esthéticienne médicale spécialisée en drainage lymphatique, afin d’optimiser l’alignement et le bon fonctionnement de ton corps. Structure hebdomadaire : Jour 1 – Mobilité et course Jour 2 – Haltères – Haut du corps Jour 3 – Flexibilité et marche Jour 4 – Mobilité et course Jour 5 – Haltères – Haut du corps Jour 6 – Mobilité et course Jour 7 – Flexibilité et marche Nutrition (règle 90/10) : 90 % d’aliments complets et nutritifs 10 % de flexibilité, sans culpabilité L’objectif est de bâtir un mode de vie durable et non restrictif. N’hésite pas à me tenir au courant tout au long du programme, ton feedback me permet d’ajuster et d’optimiser ton entraînement pour qu’il te soutienne au maximum.     Born from a decade long healing journey and a lifetime of personal growth, Levitate was created by Valérie Montpetit, a mother, energy healer, certified yoga teacher, and former personal trainer.
