Your 6-week custom program, Project Shred, was created to help you get into the best shape of your life. The exercises and weekly split were carefully designed with your specific goals in mind.
Goals:
- Shred and lose 15 lbs
- Lose inches around the belly area
- Build strength to perform 1+ unassisted pull-ups
- Grow and sculpt your glutes
Equipment:
- Spin bike
- Dumbbells (3–40 lbs)
- Bench
- Stability ball
- Cable machine, Smith machine, landmine
- Pull-up band
- Resistance bands
Weekly Structure:
Day 1 – Deep Glutes & Hamstrings
Day 2 – Back, Shoulders & Cardio
Day 3 – Lateral Glutes & Cardio
Day 4 – Upper Body & Abs
Day 5 – Legs, Balance & Cardio
Bonus – Spicy Core Circuit
Recommended Cardio:
- Incline walking or brisk walking
- Spin bike intervals
Nutrition (90/10 rule):
- 90% whole, nutrient-dense foods
- 10% flexibility, no guilt
