About the program

Chère Julie, Félicitations pour avoir complété ton premier 6 semaines. Tu m’impressionnes! Dans les dernières semaines, tu as travaillé extrêmement fort autant au niveau de l’alimentation que de l’entraînement. C’est WOW. Tu retrouves de plus en plus une belle harmonie dans ton corps et tu bâtis une constance solide dans ton quotidien. Maintenant, il est temps de passer au prochain niveau avec Project Level Up. Cette deuxième phase est là pour te CRINQUER encore plus et t’amener au prochain niveau. L’intensité de tes entraînements a été augmentée afin de continuer à te faire progresser. No plateauing on my watch! 😌 On va mettre un focus encore plus précis sur la croissance des fessiers, slimmer tes bras et t’aider à diminuer le gras qui t’achale dans le dos. Pour booster tes résultats, j’aimerais aussi te voir incorporer 2 à 3 journées de jeûne intermittent (fasting) contrôlé afin de soutenir davantage la perte de poids et ton énergie. J’aimerais également que tu commences à m’envoyer des vidéos de certains exercices pour que je puisse te donner encore plus de feedback sur ta technique. Drainage lymphatique : Je recommande de poursuivre les sessions de maintien en drainage lymphatique avec Gina Srey afin de continuer à diminuer la douleur au niveau des ganglions lymphatiques près des aisselles et retrouver une harmonie entre ton corps et ton esprit. Structure hebdomadaire : Jour 1 : Fessiers et ischios Jour 2 : Dos, épaules et abdominaux Jour 3 : Fessiers latéraux et quadriceps Jour 4 : Poitrine, biceps et triceps Jour 5 : Mobilité et récupération Bonus : Circuit d’abdos Si quelque chose ne te semble pas bien ou devient inconfortable, dis-le-moi.
