Katya, Your 6-Week Muscles Mommy program is designed to help you ease back into your gym routine after creating life 🤍 This program focuses on rebuilding strength, reconnecting with your body, and finding consistency again in a sustainable way. Weekly Split: Day 1 - Lower Body Day 2 - StairMaster Day 3 - Upper Body Day 4 - Incline Walk / Outdoor Walk Day 5 - Framework (Baby & Me) Bonus - Full Body Mobility Use this session on rest days or whenever your body feels tight, stiff, or in need of recovery. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and focus on creating space in the body. Recommended Cardio: Incline walking + brisk walking - priority for fat loss and endurance StairMaster - for lower body shaping and glute activation (For all cardio: aim to stay in your fat-loss zone, approximately 105 – 135 bpm.) Nutrition (90/10 Rule): 90% whole, nutrient-dense foods 10% flexibility without guilt The goal is a sustainable lifestyle, not restriction. We will gradually increase intensity and adjust rest periods as the weeks unfold.     Born from a decade long healing journey and a lifetime of personal growth, Levitate was created by Valérie Montpetit, a mother, energy healer, certified yoga teacher, and former personal trainer. Now in her mid thirties and currently studying advanced calisthenics, she brings together years of experience to guide others through meaningful and lasting change.
