About the program

Chère Mélanie, Heureuse de t’accompagner durant les prochaines 6 semaines. L’objectif de ce programme est de t’aider à bâtir un corps fort, stable et fonctionnel à travers une approche à faible impact, durable et respectueuse de ton corps et de tes articulations. L’accent sera mis sur : • Le renforcement du core post césarienne • La mobilité, l’équilibre et la stabilité • Le tonus musculaire et la vitalité à travers le mouvement Le tout avec des mouvements doux, respectueux des articulations et adaptés à ton niveau d’énergie. Tu utiliseras principalement l’équipement que tu as déjà à la maison : • Haltères de 2 lb, 3 lb et 5 lb • Poids aux chevilles (ankle weights) • Ballon de stabilité • Bandes de résistance • Tapis de yoga • Tapis roulant • Rouleau de mousse (foam roller) Nutrition (règle 90/10) : • 90 % d’aliments complets et nutritifs • 10 % de flexibilité, sans culpabilité Recommandations produits : • Ancient Nutrition Collagène ou Genestra Collagen Liquid Enhanced (format liquide) • Poudre de protéines : ATP LAB Supreme Beef Protein Dark Chocolate ou Schinoussa Probiotic Whey Isolate Swiss • PVL L-Glutamine & Créatine • Organika Électrolytes Tous ces produits peuvent être trouvés chez Healthy Planet.
