    Born from a decade long healing journey and a lifetime of personal growth, Levitate was created by Valérie Montpetit, a mother, energy healer, certified yoga teacher, and former personal trainer. Now in her mid thirties and currently studying advanced calisthenics, she brings together years of experience to guide others through meaningful and lasting change. After navigating her own path through physical recovery, emotional resilience, and spiritual expansion, Valérie recognized what was often missing in traditional fitness spaces, a true connection to the self.
