DIVINΞ BODY is an 8-week strength and sculpt program designed to build long lean lines, feminine curves, a strong core, and confident energy. This phase focuses on slowing things down and dialing in the details that create real change over time: control, tempo, activation, and clean execution. Expect lower-body sculpting, upper-body strength, core work, conditioning, mobility, and spicy full-body combos.

About the program

Dear Mel, Welcome to your third custom program: DIVINΞ BODY. The next 8 weeks are about stepping things up another level. HELLO SUMMER BODY. 😮‍💨🔥 Long lean lines. Feminine curves. Strong core. Confident energy. This phase is all about slowing things down and focusing on quality over rushing through reps. More control, better form, stronger activation, and really feeling the muscles work the way they are supposed to. We’re continuing to build that mind-body connection and dialing in the details that make the biggest difference over time: tempo, positioning, control, and clean execution. I also added extra walk & run sessions for you to sprinkle in whenever it feels good with your schedule and energy. Sweaty goddess energy hahaha. ☀️🏃🏼‍♀️ You’ve already built such an incredible foundation over the last two programs and I’m honestly SO excited to see where this next phase takes you. I absolutely LOVE your consistency. You’ve been showing up, putting in the work, and it truly shows.     Born from a decade long healing journey and a lifetime of personal growth, Levitate was created by Valérie Montpetit, a mother, energy healer, certified yoga teacher, and former personal trainer. Now in her mid thirties and currently studying advanced calisthenics, she brings together years of experience to guide others through meaningful and lasting change. After navigating her own path through physical recovery, emotional resilience, and spiritual expansion, Valérie recognized what was often missing in traditional fitness spaces, a true connection to the self.
