Welcome to your SUMMER SHRED. This 6-week program combines strength training, spicy combo movements, and fun finishers to help you feel strong, energized, and confident heading into summer. Using mainly dumbbells and minimal equipment, you can do this program almost anywhere. It also includes mobility & flexibility work.
Expect 4 strength-training days, 1 mobility day, and a bonus Low Impact HIIT session.
