This program was specifically created to help you build the proper strength, mobility, stability, and body awareness to work toward your dream of handstanding safely and confidently.
This is more than just learning how to balance upside down. We’re going to focus on building a strong, balanced body, improving mobility and flexibility, enhancing coordination, supporting graceful aging through intentional movement, and having FUN while doing it.
You are capable of so much more than you think. With consistency, patience, and smart training, your body will adapt beautifully over time. One rep, one drill, one inversion at a time.
I truly believe in miracles and definitely see some handstands in your near future. ;)

Day 1 — Glutes, Quads & Hamstrings
Day 2 — Back, Shoulders & Handstands
Day 3 — Side Glutes & Hamstrings
Day 4 — Chest, Core & Handstands
Day 5 — Combo Moves & Handstands
Day 6 — Mobility & Flexibility
BONUS: 20-Minutes – Very Spicy HIIT
This structure will help ensure that your wrists do not get overworked throughout the week.
