Firstly I hope you are all safe and well. I would like to spend this time to give you a brief introduction to me and this channel.
I am a professional Rugby player, who plays in the the top division of English rugby. I am also a singer-songwriter and holistic development coach.
I studied sports performance at the university of bath, applying concepts like strength and conditioning, goal setting, nutrition for performance and a syllabus full of many other subjects to do with the human body.
Due to the nature of this course I met many likeminded people, from Olympic athletes, too performance athletes, all trying to hit daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and multi-year (Olympic cycle) goals.
All of this has allowed me to gain a greater understanding of people and allowing them to create, understand and achieve their goals.
This channel will be full of varying workouts from lower body performance gym workouts, to simple ab hits that you can do in between your everyday.
This channel is about combining performance workouts with your everyday workouts and giving you, the client the power to decide what your goals are and the resources to achieve them.
“Performance” workouts will be for those sportsmen or women that what to enhance their strength for their sport.
“Identity” workouts will be your everyday stuff, for those of you who don’t want to do the advanced stuff but do have goals like losing 5 pounds or are new to the gym and want to learn a little bit first.
