Description: W2/D5 Conditioning

Grab 2 dumbbells & get into a plank position. Feet slightly wider than hip width. Push up & row alternating arms, jump up, wide stance & swing dumbbells through legs & up to a racked position. Squat down & press dumbbells to the ceiling. Drop back down into the plank & repeat.

Man Maker

Lay flat on the ground. Sit all the way up as you touch the opposite foot.

Alternating V-Ups

Stand about one foot away from the box, jump up bringing your knees as high up as you can. Land softly on the box into a squat. Stand all the way up, lock out & step down.

Box Jumps

Circuit 1

Grab Landmine & clean it up to chest level. Slight bend hips and knees then drive Landmine over head using the power from your legs

Landmine Push Press

Step onto a box, rotate to one side as you step down. Repeat with the other leg, rotating in the other direction.

Dumbbell Box Step Overs

Grab a med ball, swing it overhead & slam it onto the ground as hard as you can.

Ball Slams

Circuit 2

Take a wide stance. Place KBs about 2 feet in front of you. Grab onto the KBs with a neutral grip. Drop hip & swing both KBs through your legs & power them back through using your hips.
