Wellness physique, in regards to bodybuilding is showcasing greater muscle mass for the legs and glutes while keeping the upper body toned and developed but not to the degree of the lower body.
This program will focus on building the lower body, Legs and Glutes, while keeping the upper body toned.
This will be a 5x per week split with 3 lower body days & 2 upper body days.
The lower body days will mostly have lower reps and will decrease as the weeks progress.
Id like you to up your weight each week as the reps decrease.
Upper body days will have higher reps so id like you to keep the weight light to moderate.
With this style of training, TEMPO is key. Every rep should be slow & controlled, pausing for each contraction and holding it for 1-2 seconds. Keep good form & technique with all exercises. Let's push some LEGAL WEIGHT!
