This program will be all upper body so we will be hitting Chest,Back,Shoulders & Arms. I've programmed a 3 day split, 1 Push Day, 1 Pull Day & 1 Push/Pull day. You can pair this program with my Lower Body or Full Body Programs to make sure you're hitting every muscle group. I will put rest times into each workout however don't stress over your rest times. if you don't need the full time to rest, then move onto the next exercise. Keeping your heart rate elevated with minimal rest is the best way to burn more calories. If you need more rest, please take it.
This program is structured in 4 week cycles so the workouts will be the same other than the sets/reps. As the reps decrease, Id like you to increase the weight. I will be updating it periodically & adding NEW 4 week cycles/workouts here.
