I have a SUMMER challenge for you!! This program will be different than the others as it's a 3 month program instead of a 4 week cycle. We have 3 months till summer so let's get it in!!!
Ive programmed it into a series so instead of it being W1/D1, going by weeks & days, I have it as Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 etc. This will allow you to follow it at your own pace so whether you train 3x per week or 7x, it'll fit everyone's routine. You can do this program alone for the next 3 months as each day will be a new workout. Now, there will be workouts that are very similar to each other because as we all know, progress comes from consistency & repeating movement patterns.
You can also pair this with any of my other programs, for example: If you're currently doing my Posterior Chain, you can do the 3x per week from that program & add in a few days from this one. I will have everything from cardio, strength training, kettlebells, & HIIT. Ive also tried to shorten the workouts to about 45-60 min. With that being said, some days may have more cardio than others. You can do your cardio in the same training session OR split it into 2 workouts for that day.
Last but not least, all exercises are free weights. Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Med Balls. There are no machines in this program other than cardio machines.
Since everyone has a different workout schedule, I decided to do 22 workouts per month. So I will be posting the first cycle of 22 workouts in March. I will then post another 22 days worth of workouts in April & the final 22 days of workouts in May. They will all be uploaded onto this Summer Shred Program ☀️
