I decided to create another Summer Shred program since 1,2 & 3 were a hit😁. The split will be slightly different but it will still be in a series. Ex: Day 1, Day2 etc. This will allow you to train at your own pace whether you workout twice a week or 7 days a week. There will be a total of 20 workouts. You can also pair this program with any of the other programs on my app. All free weights, No machines other than cardio machines. There’s a variety of cardio so if you don’t have a particular piece of equipment, sub it out for whatever you have access to. We will have strength based exercises, core & conditioning. Ive added rest times but if you don't need the full rest, keep movin so you can burn more calories. Lets Work!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
