I’m an ISSA Elite Trainer & I’ve been a certified coach for 13+years. Some of my certifications are: Precision Nutrition 1 Nutritionist, Bodybuilding Specialist, Glute Specialist & Kettlebell Certified. My go-to style of training has always been bodybuilding even though I never had any desire to compete. I just love the art of sculpting our bodies. After being in the hospitality industry / bartender in Miami for many years, I decided to move my career to coaching & nutrition. That is when I decided to move to Los Angeles & I’ve been here ever since! I currently do 1 on 1 training in West Hollywood as well as online training &/or nutrition coaching. How to schedule the program into a week?
I’ve programmed 4 days per week of core & ab exercises. Add this into your current program as an addition.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Beginner to Advanced. There may be some exercises you find to be more difficult or advanced if you don’t already have a strong core. Watch my video demonstrations carefully & do your best to copy my form.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Some exercises will require gym equipment however I’ve included quite a few bodyweight exercises as well.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Pair this with a healthy clean macro balanced diet high in protein. If you want your Abs to show, you need to have low body fat. Train 6-7 days a week, go heavy with your compound lifts, make sure to have good form & do your cardio.
