I decided to create a program that included stretches, mobility drills, warm ups & strengthening exercises. Having all of these exercises & drills in one place will make it easier for you to find & follow along. These can be done daily, pre/post workout. All mobility drills, warm ups & strengthening exercises should be done prior to training. All stretches are best done post workout. All you need is 5-10 minutes daily to do these & they will help improve flexibility, mobility & joint ROM.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
