For those who are curious as to what the name means, it’s a play on words.
We're PUSHIN LEGAL WEIGHT….. in the gym :)
I have a variety of programs on my app that include: Bodybuilding, HiiT, Hybrid, Conditioning, Strength, Cardio, Kettlebells, Stretches, Warm Ups & Nutrition.
I also post Daily Workouts (in no particular order) for some extra motivation.
