SPRINTER....... is a cardio + bodyweight program that will be all treadmill work. The focus of this program is to work on conditioning using a treadmill, paired with bodyweight movements. Cardiovascular health is just as important as building muscle. There are 10 workouts to start in this program so you can schedule them into your week as you wish. *I will be adding additional workouts periodically so keep an eye out for them. All workouts are around 60 minutes or less. You can pair this program with any of my other programs and use it for your weekly cardio. You can also use this program if you're on a deload and want to take a break from the weights. As for rest times, I’ve added very few throughout this program. Being that it’s cardio, I’d like you to keep moving with little to no rests. However, when doing the sprints, you may get gassed so please take rests when needed. One last thing, NO holding onto the treadmill rails when you’re walking.😁 Let’s burn some cals!!!!

I’m an ISSA Elite Trainer & I’ve been a certified coach for 13+years. Some of my certifications are: Precision Nutrition 1 Nutritionist, Bodybuilding Specialist, Glute Specialist & Kettlebell Certified. My go-to style of training has always been bodybuilding even though I never had any desire to compete. I just love the art of sculpting our bodies. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
